- Are you using the correct browser?
You must use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher or Netscape
7.0 or higher
- Are you using AOL, CompuServ,
or MSN? Read this important note
about what you must do to improve your connection to Blackboard.
- Are you using a computer at
work? Some security systems may prevent access to Blackboard.
Contact your work computer department to determine if such a
security system is in place.

you are looking for is using Blackboard? Contact your instructor
if you are not sure.

- Are you using the correct username?
(Look up your username at https://my.vccs.edu.)
- Are you using the correct password?
(Use the Password Wizard to reset your password https://my.vccs.edu.).
